James is the Director of Web Strategy at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). He leads the development and execution of digital strategy related to content, design, online marketing/SEM, SEO, e-newsletters and analytics. In addition, his team also manages online philanthropy initiatives that support the CHOP Foundation. Prior to joining CHOP, James was Director of Interactive Marketing for Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital where he oversaw both online and offline marketing efforts. He has also served in several digital product development and marketing roles at Thomson Peterson’s.
