Emily Kagan Trenchard is SVP, Chief Consumer Digital Solutions at Northwell Health in New York. She has over 15 years of experience in creating strategic digital experiences in healthcare.
A graduate of MIT and Berkley, she was responsible for reimagining Lenox Hill Hospital’s digital presence from the ground up, designing a website building with an online pre-registration system and a physicians’ network portal.
Lenox Hill was the first full hospital to partner with ZocDoc to implement online physician appointment booking. After Lenox Hill Hospital was acquired by North Shore-LIJ Health System, she oversaw the web technology and design for the enterprise. She led a comprehensive overhaul of the system’s website’s design, architecture, content management system and server environment in just 9 months.
