Rachelle Montano is the VP, Clinical Strategy with Loyal. She has been working with hospital and healthcare systems to innovate and engage digital consumers for over twenty years.

Most recently, she was president of Purple Wave Group, working with hospital and healthcare systems to innovate and engage digital consumers. Previously, she was the Vice President of Consumer & Marketing Solutions at StayWell. Prior to that, she spent 15 years as a strategic consultant to hospital and healthcare systems by leading the Professional Services team at StayWell and the strategic consulting team at Greystone.Net. The opportunity to touch the vision and digital strategy of hundreds of hospitals and healthcare systems over the last two decades, as well as working with numerous vendors and agencies, has given Rachelle a unique perspective and experience to share.

Rachelle has spent her entire career in healthcare, starting her career as a Registered Dietitian working in a clinical setting. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition from Cornell University and a Master of Science/Registered Dietitian degree as well as an MBA with eCommerce concentration from Georgia State University.
