She has a unique ability to align market potential with tangible business models to build compelling brand platforms that leverage digitally-based, integrated marketing solutions to capture new growth, support partnerships and ultimately deliver a differentiated user experiences.

During her career, Joy has focused on creating distinct value to Fortune 100 companies including:

  • Community Health Systems, where she led digital marketing for over 150 hospitals and more than 800 employed physician practices sites for 3 years as Senior Director, Digital Strategy & Marketing.
  • WebMD, where she helped launch and position the leading digital health platform and information web channel as VP, Marketing for 3 years
  • IBM, where she led the SMB web strategy, digital capabilities & online marketing in Americas with expansion to global markets for 9 years
  • SAIC,an $11B government/commercial company, where she led the refresh of their corporate brand, standardized planning processes and budgets, and implemented their first marketing strategy and integrated communications planning process

Currently, Joy is the Vice President of Marketing and Branding at YourCareEverywhere, a unique health and wellness digital platform where patient portals, device and app data, and thought leadership content come together to simplify how a person manages their ‘health world’. With broad experience in business, digital and marketing disciplines, Joy operates as a change agent, combining emerging trends and cross-industry insights to craft solutions that work.
